U19 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using any services provided by u19. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out below.
Acceptance of Terms and Scope of This Agreement
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("User") and u19 ("Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the u19 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions contained in this document.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using the u19 platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. u19 will never ask for your password via email or any external channel. All activity carried out under your account is your responsibility. Please contact customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Identity Verification
U19 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or payment processing purposes. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended or closed.
Regional Restrictions
The u19 platform is intended for users based in Malaysia. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of this platform complies with the laws applicable in your location. u19 is not liable for any violations of local laws committed by users.
Platform Usage Rules You Must Comply With
Users agree to use the u19 platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable rules. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action, including account suspension or closure:
- Using automated software, bots, or any other unauthorised means to interact with the platform.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security systems of the u19 platform.
- Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful financial activity.
- Sharing your account with other users or allowing third parties to access your account.
- Spreading false information, impersonating other users, or engaging in any form of identity fraud.
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or exploit any technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
- Using the platform for purposes that contravene applicable Malaysian law.
U19 reserves the right to take immediate action — including suspending access, freezing account balances, and reporting to the relevant authorities — where there is evidence of suspicious or unlawful activity.
Payment Information, Deposits & MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the u19 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods, including TNG eWallet, FPX, Maybank2u, and CIMB Clicks, for the convenience of users across Malaysia.
Deposit
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to the caps set for each payment method. The name on your payment account must match the name on your registered u19 account. u19 reserves the right to reject or delay deposits that do not meet the required verification criteria.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe, subject to successful identity verification. Withdrawals will only be made to a bank account registered under the same user's name. Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply based on your account verification level.
Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the respective campaign as stated in the platform's promotions section. Rollover requirements, validity periods, and eligible games vary by campaign. u19 reserves the right to void any bonus in the event of a terms violation.
Transaction Disputes
Any transaction disputes must be reported to the u19 support team within 30 days of the transaction date. Disputes filed after this period may not be resolved. All u19 decisions regarding transaction disputes are final.
Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
U19 Liability Limits
U19 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, service interruptions, technical failures, or data loss beyond our reasonable control. The platform is provided "as is" without any implied warranties.
Account Suspension & Closure
U19 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without notice in the event of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or at the request of a competent authority. Valid account balances will be settled in accordance with established procedures once the investigation is concluded.
Intellectual Property
All content on the u19 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of u19 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or use any such content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links
The u19 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. u19 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. You access these links at your own risk, and we encourage you to review the terms and privacy policy of every website you visit.
Changes to Terms, Applicable Law & Contact Us
U19 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. For significant changes, we will provide at least seven days' notice via an in-platform notification or an email to the address registered to your account before the changes take effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved first through good-faith negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through the applicable legal proceedings in Malaysia.
